SOP for permanent FTL workshop

Hi all,

Has anyone moved from issuing PTW for each and every FLT service/repair to a permanent FTL workshop covered by an SOP, so as to move away from constantly issuing PTW?

If so could you send me a copy of your SOP to cover this activity?
