Slow acceleration

Yanmar diesel takes ten seconds to accelerate from idle to full throttle. Will manually accelerate fine. Only code 177-3

these trucks have a lot of computer controlled accel and brake functions in the transmission. you will need to have someone trained in the configuration (and maybe with a laptop depending on the ease of getting into the config on the dash) to be able to change these settings. this does not sound like too slow, and it may be a proper and safe configuration.
