Discussion:
Shows 0% BDI on fully charged battery

Hi guys;
I'm having an issue with a PC4500 80 that shows 0%bdi on a fully charged battery. I have checked the normal stuff that goes wrong with these when that happens, ie FU1 on Access 3 , the small 4A and 15A fuses are good too. The truck automatically codes out when the brake button gets pressed. Active codes are as follows: 537 535 323 and 562. Any help on this would be appreciated.

I know this is an old post, but I'm having the same issue. Any luck?

What is the battery voltage? Check static voltage, and then see what it drops to when you close the brake switch
