setting steer pot on a Lanser Boss WA10

I need to replace an "actual value pot" the steer pot connected to the steer wheel on a Lanser Boss WA10 that has been damaged. I should be able to set it by setting the steering wheel "target value pot" to the middle position, the steer wheel straight and then set the actual value pot voltage to half the pot supply voltage. But if anyone has the setup procedure I would appreciate a copy.

Hi,

first Question what Steering Controller are we talking about?

Rail Guidance => Little Black Box called ESL1/80V

or

Wire Guidance => There were 2 Controllers => PHB Noell II oder PHB Noell V

When you have an Rail Guidance Truck you can Set the Pot like you wrote => Turn the Traction whell to ca. middle and then set the pot to half of its resistance.

If you have Wire Guidance then there are more things to do. So reply what Steering you have and i will help you.

Mfg
