Series 386 Controller repair - Technical Troubleshooting discussion in Forkliftaction's forums

Series 386 Controller repair

Hi guys,

Linde E16 386

I have a broken Lift motor controller unit (3903601760) 48V 600A.
It has got 3 broken transistors in one of the phases.
Does anybody know the type of transistors with which i can replace the broken ones?
