SALUDOS A TODOS LOS DEL FORO, TENGO UN PROBLEMA EN UN APILADOR EN ALTURA MITSUBISHI, PARPADEA LA SEÑAL DE STOP EN LA MAQUINA, NO DETECTA EL PISON DE HOMBRE MUERTO SEGUN LA CONSOLA Y PARPADEA EL LED 5 EN PLC DE CABINA, PUENTEO LA SEÑAL EN EL VARIADOR Y SI QUE CAMBIA DE OFF A ON LA SEÑAL DEL HOMBRE MUERTO, DESCARTANDO ASI UN PROBLEMA EN EL VARIADOR ZAPI QUE LLEVA, LLEVA 2 PLC, UNO EN CABINA Y OTRO EN ZONA DEL VARIADOR, EN ESTE VA UNO DE LOS CABLES DEL PISON DEL HOMBRE MUERTO PERO EN EL PLC DE CABINA PARPADEA EL LED NUMERO 5 AL, COMPAS EL PARPADEO DEL STOP DEL DISPLAY. Gracias, las líneas del micro de asiento están comprobadas, finalmente el problema venía del módulo de dirección. Al dar el contacto hace un chequeo a los módulos, y parece ser que esté estaba mal, ha sido cambiarlo pasando por vicaría y problema resuelto. Gracias de todas formas y un saludo.

Saludos, no conozco la máquina , pero lo más probable es que el pisón ataque una entrada al PLC de cabina. En Caterpillar noh es así.
Revisa la maniobra de cabina al PLC. Es muy posible que las señales de maniobra de cabina lleguen vía puerto serie, en la comunicación entre plc's
