When the foot pedal microswitch closes at the start, there is no solenoid closing. Is this normal? On golf car systems, this is called the footswitch. All lift functions are fine and I suspect a contactor may not be closing on this 50 year old battleaxe.
Has anyone upgraded an old SCR drive with something newer like a GE EV100 dual motor drive? This is a great forklift, hate to see it get melted down if only I could get parts for it.
