Toyota 7FGCU25:
Runs and stalls

I am having issues with the 7fgcu25 with it running and then stalling out. replaced lp regulator and did a tune up kit, repaired some broke wires, and also cleaned carb. when the unit stalls it will randomly would try to start back up when key is on one time and a slight backfire. i can hear the relay in the dash on right hand side constantly click on and off when the key is still on the starting position. I had got it to run for 30 mins but it has a high idle at 1200 rpms. noticed someone before me tampered with the carbs because the marking left by manufacture was turned 180 from where it was marked or who knows how many times it was turned. can't seem to get the right adjustments to get the analyzer to read lower than 1200rpms. this unit was worked on before of the repaired broke wires. and i have repaired them again due to bad repair job. I can't really wrap my head around as to why this unit can't start right back up and stay running.
