RRE160M BT Troubleshooting

Greeting to You All,
We currently have a huge problem with one our customers, to whom we sold a machine recently still under warranty and which represents the following error codes appearing all at once :
* CO16
* CO21
* CO17
We have seen the instructions in the manual but unfortunately with no positive change, have you ever faced these error code? if so , how to repair it ?

When you turn on the machine do not touch any pedals or joysticks!!!

C016 indicates accelerator potentiometer voltage is out of range (not in rest position)
C017 brake potentiomer voltage out of range.(not in rest position)
C021 is joystick lift/lower out of range (not in rest position)

From Admin - some unknown person commented..."Hi there.
it is necessary to calibrate the accelerator and brake pedals.
parameter 38 set to 1 using a service key, then switch on the machine and switch off after startup.
the controller remembers the new starting pedal position values."...I hope this may help.
