reverse OK- NO forward gears

Checked inching valve- it is OK.
Checked shift lever- OK there-
Changed fluid-
runs fine in reverse and mast runs fine.

Seems wiring is ok i get feed correct from the gear lever to the wiring that goes into the transmission connector.
and it ever so slightly seems pulls itself forward on a flat concrete floor when you engage forward.

Almost as if its only getting 1/100th the power it should.

you might want to check for wire breakage. in the harness. lots of issues with Toyota harnesses.
