New here so I hope I'm posting in the right place. We have a Hyster H40H forklift. We were experiencing a single click when trying to start the truck but if we persevered with it would eventually turn over and start.

We have had the starter motor rebuilt thinking that it was the cause but if anything its even worse now it been dislodged as it just clicks and won't even turn over. The battery is fully charged, we've even tried a booster in case the battery was on the way out but it was still exactly the same.

We've bypassed the ignition by connecting the terminals directly on the starter and we still get the same. Cleaned up all terminals, tightened all bolts, cleaned the battery to the block earth strap etc but still no joy.

Anyone have any ideas on what else we could try?

Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
