Hey there, Sorry I don't have a flow chart, is the lift a gasoline model or lp? If the machine is an lp truck i believe i have given you the wrong code. I apologize. If the symbol you see flashing with piston with a rotation symbol is the one that you are counting then i can help you. The 14 code is the code that needs to be focused on, that truck has a idle pot located under the right foot step located on the electronic governor, code 14 means Idle setting variable resistor signal open or shorted, the resistor has three wires to it. one will be a 5 volts the other a ecm ground then a return signal back to the electronic governor. Before replacing any parts i would connect a tachometer gauge and check the idle, Its suppose to be 750 rpm when engine is warm, i would also check base timing, it should be 5*btdc, If idle is off rotate the the pot very little to the desired rpm, then retest, i have had a couple of those models give me similar symptoms due to the pot moving because the vibration. The idle pot will have a slit in the end of it that you can adjust using a flat head screw driver. I hope this helps.
