You need to check from battery negative to each battery. Start with the first batter in the series, you should see a 6.3 volt increase at each battery. The one with the problem will be the one that does not increase 6.3 volts. Check the voltage drop at the jump cable between the problem battery and the next one in series. There should be near 0 volt drop in any single cable.
