For the no reach, if tilt and sideshift both work check the overmast cable for breaks, check the wires are on the reach select solenoid behind the top of the carriage. If nothing out there works check mast cable again, also there is a line filter under the top cover close to the handle it has a blue capacitor sticking up and a 1/4 turn fuse holder, check the fuse in there, if ok probaly cd5.
For the no lift, that is strange. Typically with the truck keyed on if you manually push the contactors in the truck will code 40 something. Is there extra mast switches fitted? When raised will it lower? If not check the lift lower pot make sure it's turning the pot shaft, check the pot itself.
