Fishermen in the town of Oostduinkerke on the western tip of Belgium's coast practice a 500-year-old form of shrimp fishing. Known as paardenvisser, the fishermen trawl the shallow waters on Brabant draft horses, pulling funnel-shaped nets to capture the crustaceans.
