I have heard some horror stories on the C-5and also some good stories. Feed back i am getting is crown is still working on it. People seem to think they have had plenty of time to get it right. We are not going to purchase any as the new yale with the psi motor is working out very well. We have had issues with 1 unit with the psi motor and it was resolved.With 4 psi units we have had only 2 warranty issues in the 14 months they have been here.Minor operator errors made for the rest of the issues. Total of three.
