Testing components properly would save your clients or yourself the added cost of replacing good parts.
I have had 3 occurrences of a bad power card causing code 23 with no other components found defective. Replace card all good.

There is no one answer for code 23. Aside from testing the drive components properly.

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
