1st off, charge it for 8 hours not just 2 hours. then come back and tell use why you had it up on blocks running. does it have any codes on the dash?

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
