Good allrounders are paid $40 NZD plus ,these guys are usually work on BIG machinery. but they do expect their pound of flesh out of you. As for sunset mechanics, that is referred to Techs who only want to work office hours 9am to 3pm. Im a kiwi working in Oz on $40 AUD an hr on a 7.6 hr day with over time available after hours and Saturdays if I want. I prefer to hit the beaches on weekends rather than the tools, nice work life balance.
