Once they get all or most of their dealers handling both Hyster and Yale brands, I believe that they may stop making Yale IC trucks and have the Yale product designed primarily for warehouse use. They would use this to go after Crown and Raymond business. If they did that they would also probably stop making Hyster turret trucks, reach trucks and oorder pickers and focus Hyster on IC trucks and 4 wheel electric trucks. Just a guess but it would create more focus on each brands strengths.
