There is no inside knowledge just market knowledge.

Both KION and Toyota want to be number one only one can be and only one can do this with accusations.

But both KION and Toyota have major problems in the future KION will lose the Linde name this is owned by Linde gas and both are democracies were individuals look after their own interest not the companies. Companies that change the world were all dictatorships will great leaders like Henry ford and Steve Jobs.

So based on market knowledge not insider knowledge i can say that this is a done deal if not why dont KION or Unicarrier just say this is not the case and then only take it back later in the year when they say a deal is done.

the only other company in this would have been Mits Cat but these seem to have problems in their other business and as materials handling is not their core business they won't spend the 800 million to do a deal. Toyota won't do the deal or they would have done this at the beginning before the Nissan TCM tie up

Its like i said before i have been right so far
