It is an inching pedal....it puts the transmission into neutral gear(hydraulically) and applies the brakes when applied....if it was sticking or whatnot then reverse wouldnt work either......sounds more like the clutch packs are worn or damaged for the forward gear....are tou the operator or the owner of the truck? How many hours on it? Full model and serial number? Fluid levels correct????
