Not according to the Briggs engineers I know. Got an idea who one in the North west will be and the engineers I know there will loose money if they were working for Briggs. Wages seem abouth the same whoever you work for and with the shortage of good engineers seem to be on the up, at least one of the big players are offering new starters 26k and as much overtime as they want
