If you know how important it is why are you still asking how to,disable it?? any safety device fitted to any MHE equipment has got to work all the time as stated in both loller and puwer regulations. As for the depot manager telling you to slow down lol, if,one of my staff decided to do something I had told him not to do ie drive too fast my reply would be there's the door don't slam it on the way out and don't come back though it again
