It turns out we have a pinhole leak in the main line somewhere between the header tank and the two slaves under the feet (likely where the hose disappears under the machine. I need a forklift to lift this forklift :)
For now, clean up every day. Thanks again!
Do you know if there is a way to remove that main line without lifting the machine?
