hi tom seeing as you have tried a few things I suggest that you make sure that the o2 wiring is not broken I also have had some wiring broken in the loom at the back of the engine where the loom is tied to the rail under the bonnet just behind your legs failing that I think that maybe you have a fault in the ecm see if you can swop it with another same machine hope this helps
