I sent an engine off to rebuilt. K21 motor. It had been gone for 6 weeks. I got it back. Did the install. It seems like it wants to bog down to half rpms about every 2 minutes. Is there a procedure I need to do when installing after the battery has been out for that long. A relearn procedure? Fuel adjustment?
