Don't try to use the truck while charging the battery with the in-built charger.
You'll burn the charger and it's extremely expensive.

Perhaps you should get the second battery, locate it just near the truck.
Get some extension cable and use the batteries alternately just switching the plugs between the truck and the charger.
At the end of the day it may be economically reasonable.
