I totally agree with PHEQUIP and his response shows the more things change the more they stay the same.
Although I am now retired, we we're once a TCM, or as most people call it "TMC" dealer. There was a delaer who was 2 states away that thought it would be a good idea to put a branch in our state so TCM decided to cancel us. Well about 6 months later for what ever reason they decided to pull up stakes. TCM came back to us with their tail between their legs and asked us to back up the warranty on ant trucks they had sold and we caold again be the TCM dealer. Unfortunately we agreed.
It seems like most lift truck manufacturers have good products but they back them up with bad management. If they could only figure out that we are the customer, not the end user.
