First confirm that it has control panel on front left side made by Hyundai. Contactor panel is mounted under the foot rest plate. It has Force ventilated drive motor. Drive motor fan is operated by Inverter mounted on Front Right of steering, can be reached by lifting the top plate of front panel.

If yes then check if drive contactors are energising or not, can you hear the contactor sound when you select the drive?
Did you check the small voltage regulator mounted with the main control card, output should be around 13 volts.
Check the accelerator pedal, Setting should be from 0 to 9 volt output.
