There is no doubt that the forklift market is changing , The Bigger Truck manufactures are making them self s stronger. and covering more of the market especially up to 16 ton. Cat has a good dealer network in North America and i would think most of MCFA sales come via this network. Why would you want to give this up unless you are look to get out of the market. Caterpillar want to concentrate on their core business construction equipment that is the reason why they set up MCFA to offer certain dealers forklifts. Now if Mistubshi looking at the developments in the market and what is planned in the future like a couple of the Korean manufactures getting together to allow one area to concentrate on construction equipment and the other forklifts. plus they have seen how quickly Komatsu has fallen and from what has been said unicarrier not doing so well. for me this is way to early to write off uni carrier they are spending on buying dealers so will be in a different position in a couple of years time

Have MCFA decided that the forklift business is not ware their core products are and are looking to move out.Cat being in forklifts has effected other parts of the caterpillar business

When clocks move back in autumn, heart attacks drop by about 21%, suggesting that loss of sleep is an important driver.
