Sorry to rain on your parade Kathleen but we lost customers because of your inability to supply parts to the UK in a timely fashion, 3 months for a set of brake shoes for a titan is very very poor, parts prices are astronomical, service parts for the Vortec V6 were 4 times more expensive than getting the same parts from Hyster (and they aren't that cheap lol) maybe i the US you can supply parts but in the UK i never want to see another Hoist product let alone try to support one
