Crown has had an IC truck for some time now, just not in the US. However, I doubt if Crown will build their own truck. Crown builds a great electric truck and I doubt very much if they will divide their attention between building an IC and an electric. I would not be surprised to see a Crown IC truck built by Doosan (the company currently building their Asian truck) arrive in the US sometime next year. That would give Crown added value for their national accounts and they could push their dealers who have a dual dealerships for IC trucks to drop their second line and concentrate solely on the Crown product.
