It is the code that is gievn when the brushes are worn out for the power steer motor or could be a simple as the 2 sensor wires on the motor are grounding out. Also have seen where the connector had the blue powder syndrome ( corrosion ) from being exposed to water or simply moisture in the connector. The motor is simple to remove if you have done this before but if you haven't then pack a lunch. 3 12mm bolts holds the motor to the linear actuator. Be sure to keep up with the coupler.
