IF the truck you are having problems with does NOT have these options on it, then someone has swapped the VFC or the Display. The original options and configuration for the truck is held in a chip on the display. Verify the serial number that is in the display and what is on the data plate in the operator compartment are in fact the same. This will let you know if it has been swapped. If the numbers are different, then a new display will need to be installed that is programmed with the correct serial number/information and a new "clean" VFC to ensure data integrity.
