One of our customers brought in a JLG 2630es saying the onboard charger was not working. I checked the charger and it has both good voltage and current out and the batteries on the 24v system were at 28 volts static and 26 volts under load. The platform control shows that the batteries are dead and the truck will barely make creep speed. The hydraulic system is working fine, lift speed is well within spec. but it was stopping the deck well below the max spec. but that proved out to be a problem with the rotary angle sensor, once it was replaced the unit now lifts to full height. All of the connections between the chassis and the platform have been checked and cleaned. If anyone can offer any advice, Thanks in advance.
