sounds like fittings i've seen on princeton and moffet piggyback lifts, maybe even on some linde's or jungheinrich's , can't remember definatly off the top of my head.

could be the metric flareless type fitting
possibly the BSP type

parker should have them though as long as you have the numbers off the shank of the fitting (if you can read them after being crimped)
our local parker vendor (livingston & haven) has them or can usually get them. Take a picture of it and send it to them, i'm sure they can help. Havn't seen anything they could not get as of yet :o)
