Typically, here in Houston, the sign on bonus (if any) is $2500 although about 6 months ago I was offered $5K but I'm happy where I am and now spend less time turning wrenches than dealing with spread sheets and fleet management. It's kinda of funny that it's Medley though. I had an issue with the Odessa manager when one of their techs botched a tune up and our branch manager in Big Springs got invoiced for almost $3000. It took me a few phone calls to get that straightened out.
