Spark plugs, maybe a coil pack? E 27 is a crank position sensor error, the ECM is looking for crankshaft speed to increase every time it fires a plug, if it does not see this increase it will throw a code 27, which is usually due to wide plug gaps. This applies only if the unit is running if not, it is crank sensor or wiring.
