CAT 6K electric pallet jack (really a Jungheinrich) has the strangest problem... turn it on, pull down the handle to use position, turn motion bars...and if it's 65 degrees or colder in the room...nothing happens.

If it's 66 degrees or warmer, it works fine.

When it doesn't work, the "rabbit" button will still work to get some motion... allbeit slow. In other words the jack acts exactly like it would if the handle limit switch was defective.

But it doesn't seem to be...I consistently get.4 ohms when the switch is closed.... and the probe wires by themself have.3 ohms. If it matters, that's checkin it when the jack isn't working.

So, is there a second limit switch hidden away on the right side that might be defective ? Or is continuity so critical that even.1 ohm could make a difference ? Or perhaps the problem is in whatever that limit switch allows "on" ?
