code 62-2 shows to be a shorted tilt angle sensor. It will present as no forward tilt or no automatic fork leveling.

code 67-1 is a lift height switch abnormality. It will present the same symptoms as code 62-1 along with a low lifting height control.

code FE-4 is a communication system abnormality between the main controller and the SAS controller. This will present as having disabled tilt control.

Each of these codes references plug CN 141 in the troubleshooting guide. You could start by making sure that plug is still plugged in.
