E 43 is an air fuel ratio problem. Check for vacuum leaks or anything that could cause the air fuel mixture to be off. Check your O2 sensor signal wire it should fluctuate between.200 milivolts lean and.800 milivolts rich. Pinch off fuel line to see if it changes if rich or spray lp around intake if lean. You could also have an under reporting dirty MAF sensor if you are running lean.
