Like Simon k is saying speed kill's.... Most lift truck related accident was caused direcly or indirectly by SPEED. So a good step for you to start is to study how you can reduce the speed factor in your compagny and make your operator aware that the secret in going fast is to learn how to SLOW down and do the job right the first time.
