In 9 bars of compression?
Is there a spark on spark plugs?
Try this:
Take out the spark plugs, inject few drops of motor oil in combustion space (to reduce piston rings clearance),turn back the spark plugs, make sure that fuel will be in compression chamber on few engine turns or better use start spray.
If engine starts, heat it to normal working temperature, stop it and try to start again.
If it starts normaly, stop it and let it to cool down.
If engine not starting after cooling down, problem is in compression...
