Happy New Year to all.

I have been asked to look at 3 trucks at a customers workshop, which have the 3 DC shunt controllers MP1514 in the back.

Each one has no steer but no error codes on the dash. Traction and hydraulics work but just no steer.
The controllers have been changed, the steer motor has been changed.
The customer has tried adjusting the truck length options, resetting the parameters.

We just cannot understand and get to the bottom of the issue.
Has anyone come across a similar problem? Is this a common fault on these 4 wheeler trucks?
