I've got no idea about the batteries; there is no brand name visible.

The charger is a Hoppecke trak air/HF
As with the rest, no paperwork received but it looks like a fairly intelligent charger as it has LED's for empty, mid, full and alert.

It also has a display which shows the current flowing and it has two leds below each other which show a battery with a diagonal line where one seems to be diagonally empty and the other one seems full.

I can also connect a PC to the charger but without any software or cable that's not going to work :)
