Hope someone here can help me. This is a rebranded Schaeff truck that was also marketed by Hyster. When I turn on the truck, in first position it scrolls through all the parameter options constantly and will not allow access to any on the parameter screens or the password screen. When I move key to #2, it posts then shows passed followed by two warnings.(Should note that switch is sloppy and does not spring back to #1 position when it is released) Warning says "TMI interval is exceeded" and "warning 3 depress brake pedal to resume lift" (wording might not be exact) I assume that the TMI message is information only, but I can't reset it cause I can't access the reset function. The second one is more troubling and has me confused. The brake switch is working and the traction and steering work when I step on the pedal, just no hydraulic pump. Any thoughts as to what to check nest? I have checked the key switch, it seems to be working except for the spring return. Is there any other switch that the controller looks at besides the brake switch that could cause this? I can't find anything about the #3 warning message in the manual.
I also have a problem with the electric steering system. It is jerky and I think it is the encoder but I don't have any info on how to test it. Any help is appreciated.
