Hi, thank you for your answer.

Now I'm facing a new problem : the superword is not the default one... To change that, the only option is to call a raymond tech?

However the password is the default one so I can enter with it.

I already got the A08 message and I succeed to clear it in the password mode, I went on default setting and after I was ok for maybe few day, after that the A08 code pops up again...
