Yeah That's what I thought it just rubs my watsus the wrong way not to be able to fix something!!! I wish there was a standardized OBD system for our industry or at least a cost effective way of getting it done. I wouldn't mind buying software if it was cost effective but I only have 2 jacks in the vehicles I care for with this system currently. Mitsu won't even sell the system and JungHeinrich isn't much help either. It is something to think about when recomending a forklift to purchase for my customers.
