I have got a customer using his forklifts in and out of a cold store -25 degrees max, the problem is the when the truck comes out of the cold store the actuators on the microswitches draw in the moisture and when going back into the cold store the moisture freezes. I have explained that it isn't helping by bringing them out of the freezer then taking them back in, this is mostly his probelm. There in no room to fit alternative switches etc. I have seen various water displacement sprays, WD40, Q20 etc. Is there a spray that will help prevent moisture build up on the microswitch actuators, therefore prvent them frosting up and sticking?
